They charged me extra on arrival for 'changed' taxes and again at checkout. The door key never worked, forcing a switch to a physical one.

the location is VERY convenient. it's close to many shops and good restaurants. the staff was always helpful. i appreciated the fridge in my room. the bed was indeed comfortable too.

my room was on the fifth floor. i had to use a narrow spiral staircase.

i adored the canal view from my room.. it felt so authentic. the location was fantastic for exploring. i appreciated the convenience of returning to the hotel to drop off shopping bags or rest before dinner. the staff was generally friendly and helpful.
